Thanks to generous donations from our alumni, we were able to replace the windows throughout the house over the summer in 2023. Have a look!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was the second major capital investment project we\u2019ve been able to complete in the last three years, following the partial replacement of the roof<\/a> in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had our property management company, Gatehouse Property Management, complete the project, and they did a great job for us. This project was sorely needed, as the window sashes and frames had greatly deteriorated over the years. We also had some of the rotting sills wrapped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re thrilled that we were able to get this done, and we invite everyone to see the new windows in person!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
